Prices shown include VAT at the current rate of 17.5%.
Delivery is FREE (UK mainland).
Payment may be made with all major credit cards via Roman Cart's secure server, or by telephoning 01253-824 095.
Gas Flame will endeavour to deliver the goods you have purchased within 10 working days after your order is submitted and your credit card payment has been accepted. We will send you an e-mail or telephone you to let you know when your fire is being despatched . Please note that a signature is required on delivery.
In the unlikely event of goods being supplied incorrectly, a full refund is available. Please inform us immediately so that a collection can be arranged.
The purchaser has the right to cancel the order within 7 working days, commencing the day following delivery of goods. All goods must be returned, carriage paid, in their original, unused, condition and packaging. Your payment will be refunded to your credit card account within 30 days from receipt of the returned goods. Goods returned after 7 working days are subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.
If you order a fire in error (e.g. the fire is natural gas and you only have LPG). We will deduct our expenses from your credit.
If a problem occurs you should contact us at the earliest opportunity so that we can try to resolve it quickly. We will endeavour to respond to any complaints within 5 working days from their receipt.

Your personal details will not be given to any third party. No information is being collected as a result of you entering this site or ordering goods. No tracking technology is being used by us.
Your card details will be used solely in relation to the specific transaction for which they are given. You enter your card details on an encrypted, secure page at "Roman Cart"
